Disable Discid tab for releases that can't have a discid

      The DiscID tab is there and accessible even for releases that have formats that do not allow discIDs. It would make sense to disable the tab (for example, grey it out) for those releases, since it will always be useless. It's probably preferable to disable it rather than not show it at all, because it will ensure the rest of the tabs are on the same position for all releases.
