Make it possible to remove/hide/blank spam URL entities from edit histories

      When spam URL entities are removed, the URL is still displayed and clickable in the edit history. Similar to what's mentioned in MBS-9480 it would be nice to be able to somehow cloak/hide/remove the URL from the edit history.
