We currently don't link to AcousticBrainz data anywhere in MBS. While I'd like to see us using specific data (like BPM) elsewhere in MusicBrainz, I'd suggest to start by linking to the AB page for a recording from the equivalent MB page. I'd add this on the details tab, since that's where quite-technical, not-for-everyone things like the WS links are already.

Whether we should link to all AB recordings or only to the ones where the data has been submitted is left for the implementer, although I think I'd go for all.
