To prevent (some) of the conflicts that can be caused by MBS-9557, I propose that some username normalisation is added to MusicBrainz::Server::Controller::Discourse. Best would possibly be to use a standardised transliteration library (e.g., Text::Unidecode), but anything to help make Discourse usernames slightly as unique as MusicBrainz ones would be good.
