Email header fields with non-ASCII characters are not correctly encoded

      Email header fields From and Subject are usually displayed and are assumed to be ASCII by RFC 822. MusicBrainz Server doesn't encode non-ASCII characters. It results in malformed email and weird display of these fields. Encoding should follow RFC 2047.
