Google custom search engine (WikiDocs) is out of date

      We're using Custom Search Element API 1.0 which was deprecated in 2012 in favor of API 2.0. API 1.0 stopped working on December 4, 2017.

      Fixing this requires updating the JS code that calls to the Google CSE.
