Update Bandsintown URL cleanup to reflect new URL format

      Bandsintown recently redesigned their website, and now URLs follow a pattern like this:
      Artist: https://www.bandsintown.com/a/159526
      Event: https://www.bandsintown.com/e/20259914
      Place: https://www.bandsintown.com/v/2021899
      These URLs cannot presently be entered into MB because the /a/, /e/ and /v/ in the link disrupts our present URL cleanup.
