It seems to me that Top voters overall is no longer updating.

Taking the first for instance, pankakke, who hasn’t voted for years:
It shows 938,090 total votes while his yes + no + approve = 944,714.

Taking the last for instance, jpmoss, who hasn’t voted for months:
It shows 90,426 total votes while his yes + no + approve = 90,699.
