[Change release quality] → [Change data quality]

      Documentation has Data Quality under Release, so is implied ‘[Release] data quality’. But Release page, right pane displays “Data Quality:” (under implied “Additional [release] details”) while its edit link has “Change release quality”.

      For sake of user perspective and acriby, the 2 should match verbatim, and since “release” is already implied elsewhere and we want to keep it short, the edit link label should change from “Change release quality” to “Change data quality”.
