Using a non-English version of the website, go to the relationship editor of a release, click “Add related work”, then in the search dialogue choose “Add a new work”.

An add work dialogue pops up (see screenshot), but lyrics language dropdown is missing (it should be between type and ISWCs).

This seems to happen for all languages except English.
