Extend BnF URLs auto-select, cleanup and validation to instruments

      Instruments have BnF pages (like http://catalogue.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/cb119983474 for cello). I've now unlocked the other databases relationship for instruments, but it needs to be added to the autoselect + verification - so far, probably only BnF should be allowed at this level.
