Currently ISRCs are tied to recordings. When we look at a recording page, we don't know which releases the ISRCs came from. This needlessly complicates recording management.
One solution is to attach ISRCs to tracks. Recordings can inherit the ISRCs from tracks so the recording entities will not lose any information. We don't even need to remove the possibility to add ISRCs directly to recordings if we don't want to. Recording pages could look almost identical to what they look now but there would be an ISRC column with an ISRC field for each track.
For the actual ISRC addition, an editor described in MBS-3872 would be nice.
