in https://musicbrainz.org/edit/54240170 I stumbled upon the case where the url cleanup a dind't find a duplicate for a worldcat.org URL.

URL that was already linked:
https://www.worldcat.org/identities/lccn-no2015052484

URL that I linked:
http://www.worldcat.org/identities/lccn-no2015052484

The URL cleanup didn't warn me that I was about to add a duplicate. It would be great if the script would catch that case or even edit the old URL to use HTTPS instead of HTTP.
