MusicBrainz website currently labels it as a "birth" date, which really doesn't apply here.

The label should be about "creation" date, to be consistent with the existing documentation, see https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Artist#Begin_and_end_dates

(Note: no wording is required for the end date as it should not be set.)
