This causes a couple issues I'm aware of, when using a non-English translation:

• Inline search for works is broken in the relationship editors, because the languages domain isn't loaded.
• Any place that displays an area (like the area selection bubble on artist, label, and place edit forms) is broken, because the countries domain isn't loaded.
