Regression: “Edit User” tab link is shown to own non-admin user

      When I am in my account profile page: https://musicbrainz.org/user/johnlinp, I can click on the "Edit User" tab. However, after clicking on the tab, I see the following messages:

      Forbidden Request

          Thanks for reporting that issue, this tab link should not be visible to non-admin user. It is a regression that occurred during React rewrite. I updated ticket summary accordingly.

          Note: The tab content was still not accessible to non-admin.
