Sitemaps are not rsynced to gateways

      User l984a on our community forums reported that our sitemap index file doesn't contain any entries with a date newer than 2016-11-29. [1]

      I logged onto paco and confirmed that we've been building sitemaps newer than this. However, a (silent) bug is causing them to not be rsynced to our gateways.
