The vagrant home dir doesn't have a /bin folder, and in fact contains nothing apart from a few standard hidden files.

Seems that the install-musicbrainz.sh script from the vm github hasn't run. Also Docker wasn't installed on the vm. Still, after installing docker, and running the install-musicbrainz script I still get errors, so I stopped there. Viewing the local site works, but as replication and index-building are broken this way, for all practical purposes the VM does not work!
