      Gives some users a 404.

      Myself (NZ) it works fine, sending to: https://www.paypal.com/nz/smarthelp/article/FAQ2058
      For Kepstin (CA) it 404s.

      Solution: Unclear... potentially send everyone here instead (works in US and NZ but not sure about elsewhere: https://www.paypal.com/nz/smarthelp/article/automatic-payment-subscription-update-faq2254
