Donation improvements

      A few things should happen to improve how we handle donations:

      1. Stop taking donations from PayPal via our website and stop listing our paypal address on the site.
      2. Add support for Libera Pay's recurring donations feature.
      3. Use stripe to make one-time donations.
      4. When libera add support for one-time donations, we should add that feature.
      5. Make a donation to support Libera Pay
