On new MeB account documentation, show relevant info only

      When going from LB to create a new MeB account, the "show more" popup for the conditions keeps telling me about MusicBrainz. Why? I don't care about MusicBrainz as a ListenBrainz-user-to-be, especially since we explicitly say we won't create a MB account yet.
