      Hourly access threshold exceeded for token XXX
      it would be really nice to know who that token belong to and what their email address is. That way I can email them right away.

          A bit more detail:

          Admins receive email notifications about API users who download more archives than defined by a threshold value that is the same for everyone. These email notifications don't provide a lot of detail about the user, just their access token. It would be nice to have more information, as described in the original description.
