Once logged in into the ListenBrainz Android app listen submission is enabled and cannot be disabled. When opening settings the toggle for "Send listens" is activated. The toggle can be changed, but the change is not stored and listens are still being submitted. Re-opening the settings shows the toggle enabled again.
