When $user changes the state of an issue to "Review Submitted" via the "In Review" workflow action, this appears in the Activity Stream like so:

$user resolved $issue.

Which is fine if it really was $user who fixed the problem and submitted the review. However, I sometimes do this for others' issues when they forgot, and then it is quite misleading. Could this be changed to a neutral wording, such as "$user marked $issue as being in review" or whatever?
