JIRA send notification email for ticket update with <tickets@metabrainz.org> as sender and reply-to address, rather than <nobody@metabrainz.org> which suggests that JIRA would handle email replies. There is a system setting in JIRA to handle input mail as ticket comment, but its mailbox should probably be checked manually beforehand.
