[OTHER-408] Jira project icons don't have a transparent background

I replaced the icon for most of the projects by using the corresponding PNG square logo from our "design-system" repository, under "brand/logos/", last updated last month (which have more details but also are better displayed at 48x48 and are not blurred when displayed at 24x24) with a few exceptions:

• Used the already transparent project logo from ORG for MEB and MBH.
• Used the file "area.svg" from our "musicbrainz-server" repository, under "root/static/images/entity/" converted to PNG with no background for AREQ.
• Manually removed the white background from the custom logo for INST.
• Ignored "Zapped: …" projects as zapped so no updated logo is available.
• Ignored logos from Jira default library.
