ID3v2.4 text encoding settings are not saved correctly

      ProductName: Mac OS X
      ProductVersion: 10.12.4
      BuildVersion: 16E195

      If I select ID3v2.4 it defaults to UTF-8.
      If I select UTF-16 or ISO-8859-1 and confirm selection, then reopen preferences, the setting is back at UTF-8.

      However, I can select ID3v2.3 and choose either UTF-16 or ISO-8859-1.
