My computer app is not connecting

    • i'm using windows 7 and this never gave problems before until now and i just updated to the new version but didn't help.

      i'm trying to use the app and i put some music in the unmatched files and trying to scan but nothing happened and then i try using look in browser nothing happened and then i tired lookup but same nothing, please tell me how to fix it
