Looking at the requests, we could do with at least %_bitrate% (e.g. 192 for a CBR file, ~188 for a VBR file) and %_vbr% (true if it's VBR, false if it's CBR) for individual files and %_albumbitrate% for the album as a whole.
It's not clear what would happen with %_albumbitrate% if there are a mixture of files (e.g. if one file is 192, one is 320 and one is ~188, we could take the average or we could join them all into a single string)
