Picard 2.0 is missing the Close command from the menu. Windows like preferences, activity history and log should all be closable via the Close command.

[PICARD-1285] There is no Close menu item in Picard 2.0 on macOS

The general functionality has been merged and will be in next Picard, therefor I consider this ticket closed.

However, please note that while this change allows you to close the Picard main window as well as utility windows like activity history and log with ⌘W, this does not yet work with the preferences dialog. This is a special case, but this is tracked as a bug in PICARD-1282
