Hotkeys for buttons do not work on macOS

      Dialog boxes in Picard with underlined letters in the buttons (which indicate a hotkey association) do not actually have a hotkey associated with them.

      For example, the quit dialogue indicates that I can press Q to quit, but pushing Q alone or with a modifier does nothing.
