That's not a Picard bug.

You disabled the AcoustID for both recordings, so i guess it is fixed on your side.
You may want to check which one is the correct one using fpcalc though (see https://acoustid.org/fingerprinter)

Original: Hi, This is my first submission, so please bear with me. When I tried submitting an acoustic ID for the song "Boucherie" by Elendil, Picard pulled up a completely different song of the same name recorded by Nonc Nu & Da Wild Matous. "Boucherie" by Elendil was released on the various artist compilation "Sur les terres du RIF - Acte 2" in the year 2001 whereas the song by Nonc Nu & Da Wild Matous was released in the year 2013.
