When creating clusters on Picard 2.0.x, tracks within each album are automatically ordered by disc and track numbers, but it's now interpreting digits left-to-right, ignoring the use of tens (so they end up as 1, 10, 11, 12... 2, 20, 21, 22... 3, etc). Pior versions didn't have this issue and always ordered tracks correctly.
