      It would be useful to provide a $delete in addition to the $unset function.

      As Picard now distinguishes between tags that are not set and tags that are explicitly disabled a $delete function sometimes would be useful. While $unset just removes the tag from the metadata in memory, $delete would mark the tag as deleted, so it gets removed from the file on saving.
