Windows installer to add "Quick Launch" icon no longer supported on Win10

      The installer has an option add an icon to the "Quick Launch" list in the task bar, which no longer is available on Win10.

      I think we should be save to just remove this feature. Alternatively we could add a version check and only show this for Windows 7 and earlier.
