When the user uses the "Lookup CD" function for a disc not yet submitted to MB they are presented with an empty "CD Lookup" dialog. Nothing in this dialog makes it clear that there are no matches and how to submit the disc ID. Actually the user has to use the "Lookup in Browser" button

We shoud at least:

a) Show a clear message that no matches have been found
b) Add an obvious call to action to submit this disc to MB, e.g. by renaming the "Lookup in Browser" button to "Submit Disc ID"

Maybe in case of an empty result we should probably just not show the empty list at all but a big text + button
