We currently highlight changed files with a red background if they are changed. The more important we consider the updates the brighter the highlighting.

A only slightly changed title, e.g. changing "Test 1" to "Test 2", will cause only a light red background, but completely changing the title causes a bright red.

But deleting the title is not considered a significant change to the title and it no red background indicates that change.
