Expand/collapse indicator for the release is briefly missing

      There is a minor visual bug with the expand/collapse release icon after loading a release from the browser by pressing the green "Tagger" button.

      After loading another release, clicking on the release or simply alt+tabbing into another application and then back to Picard will fix this visual bug.

      Tested in Picard 2.1.0 dev3.
