Prior to releasing a new version of Picard, the tag <releases> in the file org.musicbrainz.Picard.appdata.xml.in should be updated to include the version and the release date of the new release.

It has not been done when releasing the new 2.1.0 version.

Without this, utilities for software installation such as GNOME Software will still show that the latest version available is 2.0.4 even if we are actually shipping 2.1.0.
