"Check for Update" should be in the Picard menu

      On macOS the "Check for Update" menu item should be under the Picard menu, not the help menu.

          I have commited a fix in https://github.com/metabrainz/picard/pull/1093

          Note that the menu item will show up directly under "About Picard", but I saw other apps handle this similar. I have no further control over the placement of this menu item below the app menu.
