When saving ID3 tag info, all the apostrophes are replaced with question marks. What's also odd is that when saving, Picard appears to show that it did everything perfectly normal, but the question marks are still there. File names are unaffected. Even if the files are reloaded and renamed again with Picard, it still saves only question marks, even though the program will show that everything worked just fine. This bug has occurred with version 1.4.2 (32bit) and version 2.1.2 (64bit) under windows XP 32bit/64bit and Windows 7. Running in compatibility modes/administrator privileges doesn't seem to work, but more testing is needed. Debug info and pics included.

Update: Occurrence of bug in WinXP 32bit appears inconsistent, i.e. sometimes it happens, most times it doesn't.
