"compare_to_track" method considers "score" parameter only if track has releases

      While going through the code Picard uses to calculate similarity between two tracks during lookup , I found an anomaly. Picard only considers the score parameter when releases are present in a track. As far I as I know, the value of score parameter does not depend on whether releases are present in a track or not. Is this a bug or a feature?
