Picard hangs when changing "clear_existing_tags"

      Sometimes when changing clear_existing_tags in Options and saving the Options, Picard hangs. Ui does not respond anymore, and the only way out is to KILL the process.

      I haven't investigated deeply, but it looks like some thread is blocking.
