Scan stopped working

      As of today (October 2 '19) Scan does not work, looks like it reaches out to acoustid service and waits for a response but never receives the acoust-id value. The requests will just time out at some point of time. Might be a problem with acoustid service web API itself but their website is up and running. Debug log shows:
