The dropdown with locales in Options > Metadata is not translated. Also the locales are not sorted by name.

Translation ideally should reuse https://www.transifex.com/musicbrainz/musicbrainz/languages-9/

Sorting is a bit tricky, since same language for different countries need to be kept together. The current layout is fine and should be kept.
