Picard doesn't respect MusicBrainz server settings for the CD lookup in browser functionality

      I have Picard configured to use my local mirror so that I can test CD lookups for development purposes. But if I click "Lookup in Browser" in the CD Lookup window, it opens /cdtoc/attach on musicbrainz.org, not on my local instance.
