macOS: Plugin enable/disable button does not always update the icon

      On some systems the icons of the plugin enable / disable button do not update after a click. The enable / disable action is performed, and the icon update code is called, but Qt does not visually change the icon.

      The icon gets updated as soon as the options page losses focus, e.g. by clicking elsewhere. See also:
