macOS: Logout button / username stays visible after logout

      If the user is logged in and has Options > General opened and clicks logout
      then on macOS the view changes to the login button, but the logout button and username remain partially visible.

          Actually it is even a bit worse than what is shown on my screenshot. The entire view is broken, with the UI below the login totally broken, there seems to be a missing repaint. If you try to interact with the UI below the view partially repaints parts of the UI, leading to a totally distorted view. See my second screenshot. This reminds of PICARD-1647
