      Description

      This is similar to Picard-1733.

v2.1.3 runs fine on an (old) 13inch MacBook pro running macOS 10.13 (I've been using Picard for 18+ months)

v2.3 crashes on startup with the error message "MusicBrainz Picard is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash"

I don't know how to get and logs on startup for this crash but am comfortable with command line if someone can offer assistance.
