WIn 7 SP1 x64; i7 @ 2.50 GHz; 16 GB RAM; Local 1TB Hard Drive with 800 GB free. Only using local hard drive. NIC 10/100/1000; Current download speed is 157.2 Mbps up 12.2 Mbps. Running Trend Micro Antivirus software.
When a Tag Field begins with certain numeric CHAR the value is misinterpreted as if it is an ASCII escape sequence and not a STRING. I noticed it in 2.3.1 but noticed it also after the upgrade to 2.3.2. I've observed it with the numeric values of 10, 9, and 2.
I'm including a screenshot of the issue. I fixed this album by overriding the values that were placed in the field within the Picard app. You will be able to see how Windows reports the tags vs. how they are being interpreted within the app.
